You may view public content without registration. Registered users may submit battle data for potential inclusion in the database.

If you submit battle data or videos ("Submissions"): You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have rights to the Submission; (ii) it does not infringe third-party rights; (iii) it is accurate and backed by verifiable video proof; and (iv) you are at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

By submitting, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute the Submission (or parts thereof) in the Site's database and for promotional purposes. We may attribute Submissions to you but are not required to.

We are not obligated to review, verify, or include any Submission in the database. All decisions are final. You retain ownership of your Submissions but acknowledge they become part of the public domain upon inclusion.

1.6 Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., YouTube for videos, future ad networks like Google AdSense, or affiliates like Amazon). We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Use at your own risk.

1.7 Disclaimers

1.8 Limitation of Liability

2. User Registration Terms

These terms supplement the Terms of Use and apply only to registered users ("Registered Users"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country for online services) and have the legal capacity to enter contracts. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and provide accurate information.

2.2 Account Creation

To register: Provide a unique username, password, and valid email address. Verify your email via the confirmation link sent to you. We may require additional verification for suspicious activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at masterbladers1337@gmail.com. You are liable for all activities under your account.

2.3 Use of Account

Registered Users may: Access personalized features (e.g., submission history). Submit battle data for review.

Prohibited: Sharing account credentials or using another's account.

2.4 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations, inactivity (after 12 months), or at our discretion. Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be deleted.

3.1 Data We Collect

We do not collect payment data (no transactions currently).
